I'm unclear on when the change occurred(As I was unsuccessful on finding any articles on this change), but WI32 in northern Racine is routed differently than how it is routed on Travel Mapping. Heading north on WI32, from Main St you now turn left(west) on Hamilton St, then after roughly 3 blocks make a right(north) on Douglas Ave out of Racine. I noticed this change on Google Maps Streetview when I noticed the signs were different, and I tried doing some research on the change however I was unable to find any news articles about the rerouting.

So it has. I see a GMSV photo from one of the corners that 32 was signed in 2007 but not in 2011. Other than that though I don't know when the change occurred. I have submitted an update.
