US 460 Business Appomattox needs more waypoints for its intersections with VA 131.
There is a short currency on the west side of town and an intersection on the east side of town where VA 131 terminates.
The current VA131 waypoint is actually the west end of the concurrency with VA 131.
The intersections at the east end of the concurrency and at the east terminus of VA 131 need waypoints.
Naming these waypoints is tricky if the current VA131 waypoint is in use.

Not really. Just hide the existing 131 waypoint and add suffixes to all three.

Since VA 131 changes from a N-S to an E-W route on field signage, suffixes for all three are easy and I assigned the original VA 131 waypoint as a depricated label for the 131 S split.
