Title: PA: US 15 Minor Point Errors between Selinsgrove and Williamsport

1.  KraRd should be GraRd(Grangers Rd (https://www.google.com/maps/@40.8761742,-76.8358288,3a,75y,137.59h,88.09t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1szKucIS814cBx69y-hx-11g!2e0!7i13312!8i6656)).

2.  It looks like the Old Montgomery Pike Road (OldMonPk_S) connection from US 15 NB was closed at some point.
