Title: MD: MD185/MD191 intersection

Today I clinched MD191, driving the easternmost segment between MD355 and MD185. MD191's file, of course, includes MD185 as an endpoint. But there is no corresponding waypoint for MD191 in MD185's file.

I can take care of this fix, adding it to a bunch of mostly-Canadian route files I'm assembling.

EDIT: The new MD191 point was added this evening to the MD 185 route file in the HB.
