Leave it to me to jump into a thread with a subject line like this and say "Is it, though?" :)

Two END signs, eh? This reminds me of a certain US Route terminus that's walking distance from where I'm sitting...
In that case, AASHTO, MDOT route logs & shapefiles all agree that US302 ends at I-295.

I saw enough signage in GMSV to convince me to leave as is.
Now, with a new END 273 sign that wasn't visible when I previously checked it out in GMSV replacing an EAST 273 sign, that's just enough to tip the scales into Gee-whiz-I-dunno-man land...
Even then, as now, signage on DE141 and Washington St had DE273 going west only.
Similarly, signage on I-295 has US302 going west only, as it did before the 2007 relocation of US1.

I downloaded some shapefiles to look into it a bit more.
On most but not all (EG, US13/DE15) concurrencies, there are multiple shapefile records at the same location, one for each route.
That's not the case for "9/273"; there's only one record, and ROUTENUMB = 9.
Suggestive of DE273 ending at DE9/141, but not 100% definitive.
Looking around the Delaware graph in the HDX, I see no other similar useless multiplex situations to use for comparison in the shapefiles. :(

Nonetheless, I think the signage on the ground at DE9/141 is enough to rule in favor of DE273 ending there. Signage at 6th St at this point may be best considered trailblazer signage that probably should have a [TO] plate but is missing it.

I wanna walk away from this one whistling casually,
I see a bit more justification for a truncation now. Will I edit stuff just yet? It's not on the top of my to-do list. While looking at the shapefiles & HDX researching this post, I found some other Delaware stuff that needs attention. That, and I still have annoyances to attend to in NJ...

Worth consideration is the site user who goes out on a road trip, and upon seeing the first END 273 sign, says "BOOM! DONE!" and turns around, only to be in for a rude surprise upon looking up DE273 in the HB.

NL510:
+X937540 can be safely deleted
Satellite view outside tolerance near +X965918. Suggest replacing with +X174620 & +X439707
+X284238 can be safely deleted

Also, looks like there might've been a significant recent reroute between Pinware and Red Bay.
+X841426 and +X289717 are quite far from the route as shown in Mapnik, HERE, and Google Maps, though not Bing Map or Esri. If Mapnik, etc. accurately depict NL 510's current routing in the area, removing +X841426 and +X289717, and a southwesterly tweak of +X442854, would do the trick.

I had thought, from my 2011 trip to Labrador, that there might be another reroute somewhere between L'Anse au Loup and West St. Modeste (that's what prompted me to look at NL 510). But apparently no such reroute has happened.

As a follow-up to the linked posts from before, I finished clinching DE 273 yesterday and saw that it actually has two "END" signs EB (one at DE 141 and the other at 6th St where it actually ends).

Even though it is still confusing that there are two "END" signs, at least I can say that DE 273 was right to be left alone.

6-Month+ Outlook / Re: SD: SD 100

Is this the North Veterans Parkway going north from the west SD 11/42 junction? Looks like it but I want to be sure. City of Brandon website says extension to I-90 will be in 2018-19 - looks like a lot of utilities and RR tracks are involved.

Update sent with its removal from the CSV list as well.

I hadn't put the point in the US 52 file. I'm sending a fix (think I referred to it as IL 117 instead of IL 115 in my e-mail, since I was just thinking about SD 17).

Updates to Highway Data / IL: US45-52 concurrency S of Kankakee broken

The edits made when adjusting the IL115 point were made to only one of the routes.

With usaak nearing activation, and usaca also well along, I'd like to lay claim to cansk.

This would cover the primary routes 1-399. There are four levels within that group (1-99 most major highways; 100s major northern highways; 200s spurs to parks; 300 assorted other spurs). But all have similar signage, unlike the distinctive signage for secondary routes (600-799) and northern secondary routes (900s).

A few known issues to resolve, in the 1-99 routes:

-- SK 34 south end unclear. It once connected to MT 511 at the border, but that crossing has been closed for several years. The road is barricaded only at the border, but the pavement seems to have been ripped up in the former customs area, south of an unnamed side road 0.09km north of the border. Moreover, junction signage on SK 18, where I saw the notices about the border closing, implies that SK 34 ends at SK 18, though I just drove through on SK 18 without checking out signage on SK 34, and GMSV has only pre-closing imagery of that part of SK 34.

-- Routing of SK 11, and several other routes (SK 5, SK 7, and SK 14), through the Saskatoon clusterfork -- unclear whether any of these routes still exist within Circle Drive.
