Strong suggestion that a waypoint be added on CR C alongside the MainSt point in Polk.  It's a more through route than MainSt.

Sure why not.
Based on the standards I was using at the time I drafted the Nebraska State Highways, I would have included it then.
Added as LacSt, since it intersects within Polk corporate limits.
