Title: PA:US 11 and PA 147 in Northumberland

Was the US 11/PA 147 concurrency in Northumberland one-way streets at one time?  That is the only way I can explain the points being off the way they currently are.

Yes, but not at the location the current coords would imply:

These routes were created in the very early days, using coords from Google, with cartography quite a bit less accurate than it is now.
I'll tweak their locations a bit.
