Poland has approved a minor renumbering of several expressways. It has not yet been implimented.

S69 -> S1
S1 west of Bielsko-Biala -> S52
S6 Gdansk-Gdynia -> S7

Poland has approved a minor renumbering of several expressways. It has not yet been implimented.

S69 -> S1

Changed in July 2016 according to updates.csv

S1 west of Bielsko-Biala -> S52

Changed in October 2016 according to updates.csv

S6 Gdansk-Gdynia -> S7

OSM indicates S6 and S7 up to DK7 i/c (not to Morska). GM only indicates S7 but S6 must be concurrent because of the southern S6 segment up to A1.
2018 GSV does still have S6 signs only.

I would add S7 to the concurrency with S6 as it is on OSM and close the issue.
