It appears that the PA 177 northern terminus was realigned as a part of an intersection improvement project at PA 262 in 2011. Basically, it seems that PA 262 should just take over the Old York Rd point.

EDIT:Also the PA 262 point at PA 177 needs to be moved to the relocated intersection.

I believe this one may be newsworthy.

I also finally finished clinching PA 177 and PA 262 and noticed that this one was not done either.
