Problems receiving list files submitted by email

Jim:
The recent unexpected server relocation and subsequent reconfiguration has resulted in the mailing list for email submissions of list file updates failing to deliver messages. A temporary fix is in place, but any submissions between January 8 and January 12 were not likely received, and should be resubmitted. Direct GitHub updates were not affected.
